The meeting aims to discuss global and regional issues of mutual interest among BRICS member countries.

The meeting, scheduled for May 14th and 15th, will see participation from BRICS Foreign Ministers and heads of delegations. The theme for India’s BRICS 2026 chairship is “Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability,” reflecting a people-centric approach. This summit underscores India’s growing role within BRICS and among Global South countries.
