Atharva Taide and Luvnith Sisodia’s 122-run opening partnership led Canara Bank to a six-wicket victory over Reliance, securing a spot in the semi-finals of the 20th DY Patil T20 Cup. Reliance, batting first, scored 151/9 with Mayank Rawat top-scoring at 54 off 41 balls, supported by Raj Angad Bawa’s 30 not out.

In response, Taide smashed 76 off 37 deliveries, including 12 boundaries and two sixes, while Sisodia contributed an unbeaten 53 off 41 balls with eight boundaries. Despite a slight stumble after their partnership, skipper KV Siddharth’s 21 not out guided Canara Bank to victory. Rawat’s 4-23 bowling performance for Reliance was not enough to change the outcome.

At the DY Patil University Ground, Rugved More’s 64 off 35 balls powered Mumbai Customs to a six-wicket win over Jain Irrigation. Jain Irrigation posted 181/8, with Jay Bista scoring 38, but Mumbai Customs successfully chased the target in 18.4 overs.
