Lt Col Sharma, who holds the position of Deputy Planning Officer (International Cooperation and Exports) in the Ministry of Defence’s Department of Defence Production, was apprehended for reportedly engaging in corrupt activities in collaboration with private companies involved in defense manufacturing and exports.
