The public is urged to be cautious of economic fraudsters and report any such incidents to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing Kashmir. Victims of economic fraud can also lodge complaints with the Crime Branch via email. The Crime Branch, a unit specialized in investigating unique criminal activities, operates within the J&K Police and employs personnel trained to handle financial crimes.
