Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary announced significant measures in education, employment, and women’s empowerment during his Bhagalpur visit. He inaugurated a new degree college in Kashil Kharba village, emphasizing the government’s commitment to enhancing higher education accessibility in rural areas. Additionally, he initiated the recognition process for 211 colleges to bolster Bihar’s higher education system.
The Chief Minister also disclosed plans to kickstart new industries in Bihar to boost local job opportunities and curb youth migration for work elsewhere. Simultaneously, the government is focusing on fortifying the education sector and industrial growth to foster Bihar’s economic self-sufficiency. Choudhary highlighted the transfer of financial aid to 1.81 crore women and announced further assistance for eligible women on July 25, marking the government’s first 100 days in office.
