Singer Chinmayi Sripaada received acclaim for dubbing Trisha’s character in “Karuppu” but recently admitted feeling scared to discuss it. In a social media post, she revealed her apprehension, especially due to past experiences. Chinmayi disclosed her long-standing relationship with the director of “Karuppu,” Balaji, and his wife, not wanting them to face backlash as seen with the film “Leo.”

She expressed her emotional connection to the movie, mentioning how certain scenes acted as triggers for her. Chinmayi recalled dubbing moments that deeply affected her, reflecting past experiences on screen. Despite her expulsion from the Tamil Dubbing Union in 2018, she thanked Balaji for the opportunity to dub for Trisha in “Karuppu.”

Chinmayi hoped for a future free of fear in her professional endeavors, expressing gratitude for the chance to work without constraints. She concluded her post with a message of solidarity for those facing bans in the industry, seeking support and a positive work environment.
