The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), along with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Delhi Police, successfully located a missing minor at Punjabi Bagh West Metro Station late on Monday night. The operation was initiated after an alert from the Cyber Cell of Delhi Police regarding a minor boy who had left his home after leaving a suicide note. Authorities suspected the child was at the metro station, leading to a coordinated search effort.
CISF personnel, with the support of DMRC officials, swiftly located the child near Gate No. 1 of the metro station. The boy was then taken to the Station Control Room for safety and well-being checks. Throughout the operation, CISF maintained communication with relevant agencies to ensure a safe recovery process.
The child’s family arrived at the metro station around 11:00 p.m., where after identity verification, the minor was reunited with his parents in the presence of CISF personnel. The successful rescue operation highlighted the effective coordination between CISF, DMRC, and Delhi Police, emphasizing the importance of timely intervention in ensuring the safety of individuals in emergencies.
