Following discussions between Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda, the inquiry was initiated to address the concerning maternal mortality issue in Kota. The committee is set to submit its findings to the Central Government within the next few days. The inspection involved a comprehensive review of hospital facilities and patient care practices to identify the underlying causes of the recent health crises.
