Congress Leadership Discusses Party Strengthening in Telangana

The All India Congress Committee (AICC) leadership, led by AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, met with Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and senior state leaders to strategize on enhancing the party’s organization in Telangana. Discussions also revolved around reviewing the Congress government’s performance in the state, welfare programs, and development initiatives over the past two years.

Senior leaders including Rahul Gandhi, AICC General Secretary K.C. Venugopal, and AICC in-charge for Telangana Meenakshi Natrajan were part of the meeting. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy highlighted the focus on strengthening the party in Telangana, progress in governance, welfare schemes, and recent local body elections during the discussions.

The meeting delved into various aspects such as developments in the agriculture sector, Telangana’s achievements in paddy production, and the status of the Young India Integrated Schools initiative. Rahul Gandhi provided insights to enhance governance and organizational outreach efforts, emphasizing the need for continued progress.

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Mahesh Kumar Goud, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, and state ministers participated in the meeting, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening the party organization post the recent local body elections. The government’s commitment to people-centric governance, development, and welfare schemes across the state was reiterated.

Minister Sridhar Babu highlighted the meeting’s focus on enhancing the party structure, aligning governance priorities with organizational goals, and accelerating the state’s development. Discussions centered on coordinated leadership, effective implementation of government programs, and advancing the state’s growth trajectory.

TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud emphasized the detailed discussions on governance, development initiatives, and strategies to bolster the party organization at all levels. The party’s dedication to delivering good governance while enhancing unity, coordination, and commitment within the organizational setup was reiterated.
