Congress Welcomes Inclusion of 13 Ministers in New Karnataka Cabinet

The Congress party expressed satisfaction with the appointment of 13 ministers to the new Karnataka Cabinet, led by Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar. Congress MP Rajeev Shukla praised the balanced representation in the Cabinet, stating that it reflects a good mix of regions and communities.

Karnataka Minister U.T. Khader highlighted the unity within the new Cabinet, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration under Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar’s leadership. He expressed optimism that the collective efforts of the ministers would benefit society, the state, and the nation.

Newly appointed Karnataka Minister Sharan Prakash Patil affirmed the Congress party’s commitment to development and people-centric policies. He emphasized the government’s focus on transparency, efficient administration, and citizen-friendly governance to fulfill promises made during the elections.

Ramalinga Reddy, another minister, reiterated the government’s dedication to fulfilling electoral promises, noting significant progress already achieved under former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s leadership. He assured reporters that the government would continue working towards fulfilling all commitments to the public.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his congratulations to Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on assuming office in Karnataka.
