A court in Patna has granted bail to Roshan Anand in the high-profile coaching center dispute case involving Khan Sir. Roshan Anand was accused of being involved in an alleged attack and assault incident at Khan Sir Coaching Institute. Despite spending 12 days in judicial custody, he is now set to be released.
During the hearing, senior lawyer Ramakant Sharma emphasized the need for healthy academic competition between Roshan Anand and Khan Sir. The court noted that even if the allegations in the FIR were true, Roshan Anand was not directly implicated in the recorded incident. The controversy arose after an attack at Khan Sir Coaching Institute, with conflicting reports on who was responsible.
CCTV footage initially showed physical assault but no gunfire during the altercation. Subsequently, separate footage emerged implicating security guards associated with Khan Sir in firing shots. This led to the arrest of two guards who claimed to have acted on Khan Sir’s instructions. Legal proceedings are ongoing, with Khan Sir recently being granted relief by a Patna court.
The situation took a tragic turn with the discovery of Prince Yadav’s body in Nepal under suspicious circumstances. Police are investigating, and one of Prince Yadav’s associates has been detained. The incident has sparked discussions in Bihar, especially within the student and coaching community, as the legal process unfolds.
