A court in Patna has provided temporary relief to popular educator and YouTuber Faisal Khan, known as Khan Sir, in connection with an ongoing firing case. The court has ordered that no coercive action be taken against Khan Sir until further notice, effectively halting his arrest for now. Additionally, the court has extended the same protection to three of his staff members, preventing any punitive measures against them until the next hearing.
Reports indicate that during the recent court session, the Patna Police presented the case diary for review. Subsequently, the court scheduled the next hearing for June 25. Khan Sir’s legal counsel confirmed that the court has shielded him from arrest until the upcoming hearing, emphasizing that further actions will be considered after a thorough examination of the case diary and other evidence.
While Khan Sir and his three staff members have been granted relief, his two security guards will remain in judicial custody. Bail applications on behalf of the guards are part of the ongoing legal procedures. Earlier, Khan Sir had sought anticipatory bail in the Patna Civil Court, refuting all allegations and asserting his non-involvement in the shooting incident. His plea argued against the baseless accusations, claiming false implication in the matter.
The situation has escalated amid a dispute between Khan Sir and Roshan Anand. Following his release from detention, Roshan Anand accused Khan Sir of conspiring against him and alleged his involvement in the murder of Prince Yadav. Anand attempted to file a complaint against Khan Sir at the Kadamkuan Police Station, leading to a protest outside when the case was not promptly registered. The investigation continues, with the court’s interim protection for Khan Sir and his staff remaining valid until further directives.
