During the AGM, Ganga Kadam, vice-captain of the Indian Women’s Blind Cricket Team, was named Brand Ambassador for Hingoli Yellow Gold by Rahul Gupta, IAS, District Collector of Hingoli. This move signifies a significant milestone for blind cricket, aligning a World Cup hero with Maharashtra’s turmeric capital. The appointment received a warm reception from all attendees.
Dr. Mahantesh Ghativalappa Kivadasannavar, Chairman of CABI, emphasized the organization’s commitment to excellence despite visual impairment. He lauded the upcoming Bharat Blind Cricket League 2026 as a platform to inspire millions and solidify India’s position as a leader in blind cricket globally.
