Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated in a training camp for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Mega Training Campaign 2026 at her home mandal, Shalimar Bagh. She spent two hours at the camp, motivating party workers to actively engage in the organizational initiative. The Delhi BJP organized residential training camps across 68 mandals, training nearly 7,200 workers at the mandal level over the weekend.
As part of the initiative, training has been completed in 171 out of 256 mandals in Delhi. The seven-session residential training camps featured addresses by prominent figures including BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh and Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva. Sachdeva emphasized that BJP-trained workers stand out due to their grounding in the ideology of cultural nationalism and integral humanism.
The BJP aims to prepare over 100,000 trained workers through this mega training campaign. Workers are being equipped with knowledge on ideological foundations, party history, organizational functioning, expansion strategies, booth management, government achievements, and the utilization of social media and AI. Various BJP leaders and officials addressed sessions on a range of training topics across different mandals in Delhi.
