Gupta emphasized the significance of nursing, stating it embodies compassion, humanity, and service, going beyond just a job.
Addressing the nursing staff, CM Rekha Gupta highlighted the emotional support and care nurses provide to patients, which aids in their healing process. On International Nurses’ Day, Delhi Health Minister Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh extended his greetings to the nursing community for their essential role in enhancing healthcare services and demonstrating compassion. At a special event at LNJP Hospital, Singh emphasized that nursing symbolizes care, sensitivity, and selfless dedication. He stressed the pivotal role nurses play in patient care, working alongside doctors as the backbone of the healthcare system.
Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh praised LNJP Hospital for winning the top spot in the Kayakalp Awards for its cleanliness and sanitation standards. He attributed this achievement to the collective efforts of healthcare professionals, including the nursing staff, underscoring their dedication.
