On New Year’s Day, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited the ancient Hanuman Temple at Yamuna Bazaar to seek blessings from Lord Bajrang Bali for a prosperous Delhi. She prayed for happiness, peace, and a bright future for the nation and its people. Expressing her hopes for progress, she emphasized the values of truth, courage, and service symbolized by Lord Hanuman.
Interacting with the media, the Chief Minister wished for joy and prosperity in the lives of all Indians and Delhi residents in the year 2026. She highlighted the importance of moving forward on the path of development and emerging as a strong capital. Gupta emphasized the significance of Lord Hanuman’s blessings in inspiring public welfare, duty, and positive thinking.
After the prayers, the Chief Minister exchanged greetings with devotees and extended New Year wishes to all. Meanwhile, on Kalpataru Day, BJP National Working President Nitin Nabin offered prayers at Ramakrishna Ashram in Delhi, urging the youth to contribute to nation-building. Drawing inspiration from Swami Vivekananda, he emphasized the importance of unity, heritage, and citizens’ duties for a developed India.
Nabin praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for ViksitBharat@2047 and highlighted the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa Ji on spiritual awakening. He expressed wishes for the spiritual light of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa Ji to guide everyone towards truth, peace, and self-realization.
