Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced free travel in DTC buses for all students retaking the NEET-UG 2026 exam on June 21. Students can avail of this offer by showing a valid admit card for the exam. The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of supporting the candidates during this crucial time and extended her best wishes for their success.
The NEET-UG 2026 exam, which is the qualifying test for MBBS courses, was initially held on May 3 but was canceled due to alleged irregularities, leading to a CBI investigation. In a separate development, the Chief Minister visited the sub-registrar’s office in Rohini and stressed the need for officials to enhance public facilities. She highlighted the importance of providing citizens with a clean and organized environment in government offices.
During her surprise inspection at the office, the Chief Minister identified various areas that required improvement, including cleanliness, toilet facilities, lighting, and seating arrangements. She issued directives to address these shortcomings promptly and ensure a better experience for citizens visiting government offices.
