Delhi’s Art, Culture, Languages, Tourism, and Labour Minister, Kapil Mishra, recently launched road and drain construction works valued at Rs 70 lakh in Sonia Vihar’s Third Pushta Market. These projects were initiated under the Chief Minister Development Fund. Minister Mishra highlighted ongoing efforts to ease restrictions related to the “O-Zone” for residents, alongside the formulation of a new Master Plan for Delhi. Additionally, he commemorated the completion of link lanes close to the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor during the event.

Minister Mishra praised the valor displayed by the Indian Armed Forces in ‘Operation Sindoor’ a year ago, emphasizing the nation’s admiration for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Armed Forces’ bravery. He recounted the significant impact of the operation, noting how it instilled fear among terrorists and garnered praise even from skeptics. The Minister lauded the armed forces for executing a surgical strike that swiftly neutralized 11 military airbases in Pakistan within 90 minutes, setting a historic precedent.

Reflecting on recent developments, Minister Mishra highlighted the approval of over Rs 300 crore worth of development projects in Karawal Nagar over the past year. He underscored the progress of sewer network initiatives in Sonia Vihar, with ongoing work amounting to nearly Rs 70 crore. The Minister also announced the imminent commencement of sewer work in the Sabhapur ward. Notably, he emphasized the government’s commitment to expedite infrastructure projects, contrasting the current efficient sewer work progress with previous delays and inefficiencies.
