Delhi Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh recently unveiled new Delhi Jal Board (DJB) pipeline projects at Village Jat Khor and Kali Mata Mandir in Prakash Vihar under the Bawana Assembly constituency. This move aims to enhance water supply for local residents, ensuring a cleaner and uninterrupted water distribution system. Singh emphasized the government’s focus on bolstering basic civic infrastructure in unauthorized colonies and rural areas through such initiatives.
The minister highlighted ongoing development efforts encompassing water pipelines, road maintenance, construction of new footpaths, drainage systems, and other civic amenities in the region. The Delhi government’s primary goal is to offer clean water, upgraded sewer systems, and modern civic infrastructure to all citizens.
Singh articulated that the vision of a Developed India can be actualized through a Developed Delhi, emphasizing the importance of revamping civic facilities like roads, sewer systems, and water pipelines in a modern and efficient manner. He reiterated the government’s unwavering dedication to public service and continuous regional development. The projects align with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for integrated urban development and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta’s commitment to providing improved civic amenities and clean water to every household.
The minister underscored the modernization of long-neglected civic infrastructure to alleviate issues such as sewer overflow, waterlogging, and pipeline leakages for residents.
