Arya hit 78 runs off 45 balls, and Tejasvi contributed 53 off 51 deliveries, setting the stage for Delhi’s victory in 48.5 overs.
Saurashtra posted 320/7 in their 50 overs, with Vishvarajsinh Jadeja scoring 115 off 104 balls and Ruchit Ahir unbeaten on 95 from 65 deliveries. Delhi’s captain Rishabh Pant managed 22 runs off 26 balls before being caught by Jay Gohil off Chirag Jani’s bowling. Harsh Tyagi’s unbeaten 49 off 45 balls and Navdeep Saini’s 34 not out were crucial in guiding Delhi to victory. Saini also impressed with the ball, taking 3-41 in his 10 overs.
Delhi’s win propelled them to the top of Group D with 12 points from three matches. In another match, Govinda Poddar’s all-round performance helped Odisha secure a six-wicket win over Andhra. Poddar took 3-36 to dismiss Andhra for 221 all out before scoring 89 off 105 balls during the successful chase.
