Television personality Dipika Kakar recently shared her battle with feeling low and experiencing mood swings, leading to a reluctance to engage with others or even get out of bed. In a vlog on their YouTube channel, Dipika expressed her emotional state, acknowledging the commonality of such feelings, especially among women.
Her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, suggested that she try cooking as a means to uplift her spirits. Encouraging her, he granted her permission to cook a couple of dishes to help improve her mood. Dipika also disclosed that she had undergone medical tests recently, with results showing no abnormalities.
In the vlog, Dipika mentioned that her treatment plan is about to commence, with anticipated changes, and they are awaiting her body’s response to the new approach. Earlier this year, Dipika and Shoaib had informed their followers about her health concerns related to a cyst, which necessitated surgery.
The couple, who got married in February 2018, often provide glimpses of their personal life through their vlogs. Having met on the set of Sasural Simar Ka, they dated for a few years before tying the knot. In June 2023, Shoaib and Dipika welcomed their son, Ruhaan.
