Director Vikram Bhatt, known for his recent success with ‘Haunted 3D’, reminisced about the filming experience of his movie ‘Kasoor’. During the promotions of ‘Haunted 3D’, Bhatt expressed his anticipation of a shift in Hindi cinema towards erotic-thrillers, inspiring him to create ‘Kasoor’ right after ‘Ghulam’.
Bhatt fondly recalled the joy of shooting ‘Kasoor’ with actors Lisa and Aftab, despite initial skepticism about his choice of project. He believed in the emerging trend of thrillers, especially those with elements of erotica and good music, shaping the industry’s future. This vision led him to follow ‘Kasoor’ with another successful venture, ‘Raaz’.
Acknowledging that ‘Kasoor’ didn’t match the success of ‘Raaz’, Bhatt attributed the film’s lasting impact to its passionate music and intensity. In the meantime, his latest project ‘Haunted 3D’ offers audiences an enhanced 3D horror experience, featuring a talented cast and cutting-edge technology for a truly immersive scare fest.
