Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson, also known as “The Rock,” recently participated in the viral ‘What were you like in the ’90s?’ trend. In an Instagram video, he humorously shared glimpses of his past, including his wrestling and early acting days. The video featured a nostalgic soundtrack and highlighted iconic moments from Johnson’s youth, drawing laughs from his friend Kevin Hart.

Johnson’s caption in the video reflected on his past experiences, mentioning the scars and callouses he earned in the ’90s. He also humorously advised against wearing turtlenecks. This trend has been popular among netizens, who share their ’90s photos or videos along with the song “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls.

On the professional front, Johnson recently completed filming for the upcoming installment of the “Jumanji” series, co-starring Karen Gillian, Kevin Hart, and Jack Black. The original “Jumanji” movie was released in 1995, based on a children’s book by Chris Van Allsburg. The franchise has since expanded with various sequels and spin-offs, with another sequel scheduled for release in 2026.
