English actress Emily Atack has expressed her heartfelt tribute to her former boyfriend, Charlie Edwards, a tattoo artist. Atack, 36, shared her emotions on Instagram following the tragic passing of her ex, aged 27, who had amassed a significant following of 229,000 on the platform for his tattoo artistry, as reported by ‘Female First UK’.

Atack and Edwards were romantically linked in 2021, having been introduced by a mutual friend and maintaining communication through Instagram. Their relationship, as per ‘Female First UK’, lasted approximately three months, with sources indicating that Atack’s professional commitments had impacted their bond. Subsequently, Atack got engaged to Alistair Garner in 2022, and the couple welcomed a son, Barney, who is now one year old. Edwards’ final social media post, shared two weeks prior to his demise, advertised his availability for tattoo sessions.

In an emotional Instagram post, Atack mourned Edwards, describing him as a dear friend who was always there for her, highlighting his humor, intelligence, talent, and compassion. She expressed her sorrow and extended condolences to his family, emphasizing his beautiful nature and soul. Atack’s post garnered responses from followers who shared their messages of support and sympathy.

A source disclosed to The Sun that Atack’s busy work schedule had necessitated her focus on professional commitments, which had an impact on her relationship with Edwards. Despite a strong connection between the two, the insider noted that their romantic involvement had come to an end.

Emily Atack gained recognition for her portrayal of Charlotte Hinchcliffe in The Inbetweeners and has since diversified her career across television, film, and stand-up comedy. Her versatile portfolio includes appearances on reality and panel shows like ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’, as well as hosting documentaries and starring in dramatic roles such as ‘Rivals’.
