Emirates has announced the temporary suspension of all flights to and from Dubai until further notice. Passengers are advised not to travel to the airport during this period. The airline emphasized that the safety of passengers and crew is its top priority and assured that updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
The airline is offering flexible travel options for affected passengers. Those with bookings between February 28 and March 31 can change their travel plans. Passengers are allowed to rebook alternative flights to their intended destinations for travel on or before April 30. Emirates has also advised passengers who booked through travel agents to contact them directly for assistance.
Customers who booked tickets directly with Emirates can request refunds through the airline’s official support channels. Additionally, city check-in facilities across Dubai have been temporarily closed. Passengers are encouraged to update their contact details in their booking profiles to receive the latest flight operation updates.
