At least five civilians were reportedly killed unlawfully, and four others went missing due to actions by Pakistani forces in Balochistan. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee highlighted the case of a 17-year-old student, Hatim Baloch, whose body was found with bullet wounds after being forcibly taken away by Pakistan’s Frontier Corps. The committee condemned these acts, stating that such violence has become systematic in Balochistan, with numerous youths suffering similar fates.

On the same day, four Baloch civilians were allegedly killed by Pakistani forces in a staged encounter, with their bodies later brought to a hospital in Panjgur. The Baloch National Movement’s Human Rights Department also expressed concern over the enforced disappearance of two Baloch youths in Panjgur, emphasizing the ongoing human rights abuses in the region. The situation has raised alarm as more cases of disappearances and killings of Baloch individuals come to light, sparking fears and distress among their families.

In a separate incident, a 19-year-old youth named Ali Asghar was reportedly taken away from his home in Gwadar district, while another student, Mehraj, was abducted in Quetta. The whereabouts of these individuals remain unknown, causing anguish for their families. The continued disappearances and killings of Baloch people by Pakistani forces have intensified concerns over the safety and well-being of civilians in Balochistan.
