Former Australian cricketer James Hopes has resigned as the head coach of Sydney Sixers, a position he held for less than two months. He will be joining Brisbane Heat and Queensland Bulls on a three-year deal. Hopes, currently coaching with Washington Freedom in Major League Cricket, thanked Cricket NSW for facilitating his exit from the Sydney Sixers contract.
James Hopes, known for his international playing career with Australia, including 84 ODIs, expressed excitement about rejoining Queensland Cricket.
