Dharm Sena Bharat chief and former ‘karsevak’ Santosh Dubey claimed that gold and silver ornaments and other offerings missing from the Ram Temple were allegedly traded in Ayodhya shops. He accused Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust’s former General Secretary Champat Rai of being aware of this. Dubey urged UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to replace the current officers of Ram Janmbhoomi Police Station to prevent hindrance in the investigation.
Dubey revealed that precious offerings from the temple, including metal items, gold and silver ornaments, and gems, were reportedly sent to local shops in Ayodhya. He emphasized the need to investigate these shops dealing with precious gems to recover the missing items and uncover the truth. Dubey demanded immediate action, suggesting that the current police officials, allegedly appointed by Champat Rai, should be replaced to ensure a fair investigation.
He called for a thorough probe into the wealth and assets of traders involved in dealing with precious metals and gems in Ayodhya. Dubey highlighted that stolen gems and ornaments were sold in these shops, indicating that the culprits are still in the town. He stressed the urgency of taking swift action to address the situation and prevent any further escape of the suspects.
