Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and senior BJP leader, Major General (Retd.) Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri, passed away at Max Hospital in Dehradun after battling a prolonged illness. Maj Gen Khanduri, who served two terms as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, was known for his strong stance against corruption and his efforts to establish a transparent and disciplined administration in the state.
