Four Killed in South Korea Factory Explosion

Four people lost their lives, and two others sustained injuries in an explosion at Hanwha Aerospace’s factory in Daejeon, South Korea. The incident occurred on the first floor of the factory, leading to casualties and a subsequent fire. Authorities are investigating the cause of the explosion once the fire is extinguished.

South Korean Prime Minister Kim Min-seok has ordered a full mobilization of resources for rescue operations following the tragic incident at the Hanwha Aerospace factory. The response to the explosion prompted a level-1 alert, with efforts focused on containing the fire and aiding victims. Various ministries and agencies have been instructed to cooperate fully in the rescue mission.

Rescue and relief operations are currently ongoing at the site of the explosion. Authorities are working diligently to manage the situation and prevent any further casualties. Updates on the incident are expected as the investigation progresses.
