Actress Genelia Deshmukh expressed her pride in actor Allu Arjun’s 20-year journey following his post celebrating their hit Telugu film ‘Happy’. She fondly recalled ‘Happy’ as a special memory and commended Allu Arjun for his two decades of work. The production house Geetha Arts also marked the 20th anniversary of ‘Happy’ with a post, highlighting the film’s enduring popularity. ‘Happy’, directed by A Karunakaran and starring Allu Arjun and Genelia D’Souza, was released in 2006 and received acclaim for its music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by R D Rajasekhar. The film’s success led to its dubbed versions in multiple languages, with the Malayalam adaptation titled ‘Happy Be Happy’ becoming a blockbuster in Kerala.
