The Gujarat unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) recently assessed its statewide outreach initiatives and set organizational goals for the future. The focus is on strengthening party operations and increasing involvement in the Prime Minister’s ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ tree planting campaign during the monsoon season.
At a state-level meeting held at the party’s headquarters in Gandhinagar, chaired by state BJP president Jagdish Vishwakarma, plans were discussed for upcoming organizational activities in Gujarat. Party leaders emphasized the need for effective execution of these programs.
The meeting also evaluated the events held in June as part of the ’12 Years of Trust, Development and Public Welfare’ campaign, commemorating 12 years of the Central Government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Additionally, party officials reviewed Mandal training sessions conducted to enhance cadre development efforts.
Jagdish Vishwakarma encouraged party members to intensify the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign during the monsoon, stressing the importance of large-scale tree planting across Gujarat. He highlighted the significance of proper maintenance alongside the plantation activities to ensure their sustainability.
State General Secretaries and other party officials attended the meeting, where discussions revolved around the implementation of future organizational initiatives in Gujarat. The event aimed to strategize and plan for the party’s upcoming activities in the state.
