Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, speaking at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Vadodara, highlighted India’s growing global trust due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s forward-looking governance. Patel emphasized the importance of leadership that plans for future needs while addressing current challenges. He noted the positive impact of PM Modi’s 12-year governance on India’s economy and industrial growth.
Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi, diplomats, and industry leaders attended the event. Patel credited PM Modi for transforming India’s business environment, enhancing ease of doing business, and promoting policy-driven governance in Gujarat. He also outlined the state’s focus on traditional and emerging sectors, including the development of GIFT City and industrial hubs like Dholera and Sanand.
Patel stressed the significance of supportive government policies, such as the ‘Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy-2026,’ aimed at strengthening Gujarat’s role in global supply chains. He highlighted initiatives like ‘Choose Your Incentives’ to empower industries in decision-making. Patel reiterated Gujarat’s commitment to national initiatives like Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat for sustainable economic growth.
