Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi will head a state government delegation to the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 in Davos, Switzerland. The delegation aims to showcase Gujarat’s development roadmap, attract investments, and create job opportunities for the youth. Scheduled from January 19 to 23, the WEF participation underscores Gujarat’s commitment to global prominence and the vision of “Viksit Gujarat @2047”.
Deputy CM Sanghavi will engage in numerous high-level meetings with global business leaders during the visit. The focus will be on securing investments in key sectors like manufacturing, textiles, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, and aerospace. The objective is to bolster Gujarat’s industrial ecosystem and foster widespread employment across the state.
In addition to investment discussions, the delegation will interact with leaders of renowned global companies. The aim is to introduce cutting-edge technologies to Gujarat, drive innovation, and establish long-term international partnerships.
