Hana Moataz and Abhay Singh secured spots in the Indian Open finals with impressive 3-1 victories in their respective semi-final matches. Hana Moataz, the second seed, overcame a slow start to defeat her third-seeded compatriot Nadien Elhammamy 11-8, 5-11, 11-5, 11-7. The match saw a closely contested opening game before Moataz took the lead and eventually claimed victory.

In the men’s semi-final, Abhay Singh faced a tough challenge from Malaysia’s Ameeshenraj Chandaran but emerged victorious with a 3-1 win. Abhay Singh, after a strong start, managed to maintain his composure and secure crucial points to secure the match. Chandaran displayed resilience but was unable to overcome Singh’s determined performance.

Abhay Singh’s journey to the final was marked by intense moments, including a comeback from a trailing position in the fourth game. Singh’s ability to fight back and seize control of the match ultimately led to his triumph and a place in the final showdown.
