The Principal Secretary of the Medical and Health Department, Gayatri Rathore, visited the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline (181) control room at the Government Secretariat. She personally addressed citizen grievances and provided necessary instructions for quick resolutions. Rathore highlighted the importance of the health sector’s sensitivity, emphasizing the need for regular monitoring to prevent public inconvenience.
Rathore oversaw cases from the Medical and Health Department, Medical Education Department, and the Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency. A total of 79,512 cases were registered under the Medical Department between March 23, 2025, and March 23, 2026, with 93.64% resolved. The average resolution time was 18 days, with around 66% of complainants expressing satisfaction. Similarly, in the Medical Education Department, 93.90% of 9,830 cases were resolved, with approximately 65% satisfaction reported.
In the Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency, 93.27% of 15,457 cases were resolved, and nearly 72% of complainants expressed satisfaction. During her inspection, Rathore interacted directly with complainants, providing on-the-spot instructions for immediate redressal. She engaged with citizens from various regions to address their concerns promptly.
Under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, senior officials are visiting the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline control room to ensure efficient grievance redressal. Through the 181 helpline, citizens can lodge complaints conveniently from home and receive timely solutions. The visit also involved the presence of other officials.
