A high-level review meeting took place at the Sankalp Auditorium in Patna to discuss the advancement of Bihar’s satellite town development projects. Chaired by Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, the meeting at the Lok Sevak Awas focused on evaluating the status of eleven proposed satellite townships and planning measures for their timely completion.
Vinay Kumar, the Principal Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Department, provided a comprehensive project review during the meeting. He outlined the locations earmarked for the eleven satellite towns, the land availability for each project, the current stage of infrastructure development, and the proposed roadmap for future implementation.
Highlighting the strategic significance of the initiative, Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary urged officials to prioritize the township development scheme and ensure its timely execution. He emphasized the project’s importance for Bihar’s urbanization, economic growth, job creation, and the establishment of modern housing infrastructure.
