In Bangladesh, a 19-year-old Hindu man named Joy Mohapatra passed away after ingesting poison due to a 500 Bangladeshi Taka debt in Dirai upazila of Sunamganj district. Joy, who bought a mobile phone for 5,500 Taka, faced issues with the final payment despite making regular installments. Allegedly, he was mistreated by the shopkeeper when attempting to settle the balance.
