Honey Baisoya took a commanding lead at the Players Championship 2026 with a stellar six-under 64, finishing the third round at 18-under 192. The 29-year-old golfer, a seven-time winner on the Professional Golf Tour of India, is aiming to end a five-year title drought.

Jamal Hossain moved into second place at 13-under 197 after a solid performance on Day Three. Several players, including Kshitij Naveed Kaul and Jhared Hack, are tied for third place at 12-under 198.

Baisoya showcased his putting skills with seven birdies and a bogey, setting the pace early in the round. His strong performance on the back-nine, including four birdies, put him in a favorable position for the final day.

Reflecting on his performance, Baisoya credited his putting and overall shot-making consistency for his success. He expressed confidence in his pursuit of reaching the 20-under mark, setting himself up for a strong finish in the tournament.

Second-placed Jamal Hossain had a steady round with a mix of birdies and bogeys, while Kshitij Naveed Kaul’s eagle-two on the 18th hole propelled him into joint third place.
