Saif Ali Khan’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, has shown his support for students and families affected by the ongoing CJP protest. Emphasizing the need for safety and peaceful dialogue, Ibrahim expressed concern that individuals should not have to fear for their safety while pursuing education or engaging in lawful protests. He took to Instagram to share his thoughts, hoping for a peaceful resolution without further harm.
The young actor shared a post featuring the national flag, stating, “It’s distressing to witness students and families caught in unrest. No one should face fear or uncertainty while seeking education or participating in peaceful protests. Regardless of differing opinions, Ibrahim wishes for everyone’s safety, peaceful dialogue, and a resolution that avoids additional harm. He sends strength to all affected and hopes for a positive way forward. Jai Hind.”
Tensions escalated during the Cockroach Janta Party’s (CJP) ‘Chalo Sansad’ march towards Parliament as police reportedly obstructed protesters, leading to a confrontation. Security forces resorted to force to disperse the crowd, resulting in the detention of several students. The protest primarily focused on alleged irregularities in the NEET medical entrance exam and called for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Various Bollywood personalities, such as Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan, and Sonakshi Sinha, have also extended their support to the students.
