Indian filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, preparing for his film ‘Main Vapas Aaunga’, revealed that the song ‘Mascara’ was filmed in lyricist Irshad Kamil’s hometown, Malir Kotla. Ali expressed the emotional significance of shooting a song penned by Kamil in his hometown for the first time, reflecting on their shared journey in the film industry.
