India and Cote d’Ivoire engaged in talks to enhance defence cooperation, military engagement, and mutual interests. Air Chief Marshal A P Singh met with Major General Koffi N’Guessan of the Cote d’Ivoire Air Force in New Delhi. Discussions focused on strengthening bilateral defence ties and military collaboration.
During the visit, Major General Koffi N’Guessan Alfred also met with Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh. They discussed ways to boost defence cooperation and enhance the capabilities of the Ivory Coast Air Force. The Ministry of Defence highlighted the commitment to deepening bilateral defence relations.
Major General Koffi N’Guessan Alfred paid respects at the National War Memorial in India. He honored the Indian Armed Forces personnel who sacrificed their lives in service to the nation. Expressing solidarity, he praised the memorial for preserving their memory and fostering friendship between the Indian and Ivorian Air Forces.
