Anticipating a large crowd, Sanghavi mentioned that arrangements have been made to accommodate the expected 1,35,000 attendees at the stadium. He expressed confidence in the Indian cricket team’s ability to make history with their performance in the final match.
Member of the Legislative Assembly from Telangana, T. Raja Singh, highlighted the widespread anticipation for the match, emphasizing the Indian team’s winning streak. Security measures have been heightened in Ahmedabad ahead of the final, with over 3,000 police personnel and additional security resources deployed for crowd management.
Ahmedabad Police Commissioner G. S. Malik assured the public of elaborate security arrangements for the high-profile match. The deployment of anti-drone systems, bomb detection squads, and a significant police presence aims to ensure a safe and secure environment for the spectators. Public transport options have been encouraged to ease congestion around the stadium post-match.
