The Chief of Defence Staff stressed the need for continuous evolution, citing the importance of Multi-Domain Operations for future conflicts. He underlined the significance of tri-services synergy and jointness with the Navy and Air Force for effective operations in complex environments.
Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi extended Army Day greetings, honoring the sacrifices of soldiers and emphasizing the need for vigilance to safeguard national interests. Looking ahead, he announced 2026 and 2027 as the Years of Networking and Data-Centricity to enhance the Army’s capabilities in a data-driven, network-enabled environment.
