Several notable figures from Indian cricket gathered in Mumbai for the pre-wedding event of Sachin Tendulkar’s son, Arjun Tendulkar, and entrepreneur Saaniya Chandhok. Arjun, following his father’s path in cricket, is marrying Saaniya after an engagement in August 2025, with the wedding scheduled for March 5.

The wedding celebrations commenced with traditional ceremonies and events earlier in the week, with various cricketers in attendance.
Saaniya, Arjun’s fiancee, hails from a well-known business family in Mumbai and has made a name for herself in the pet-care and animal welfare sector. Sachin Tendulkar personally invited dignitaries like Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and others for the wedding.
Arjun, displaying good form in the DY Patil cup, is gearing up to represent the Lucknow Super Giants in the upcoming IPL 2026 season.
