The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce inaugurated its Rajasthan Chapter in Jaipur to enhance trade and investment ties between India and the United States at the state level. This initiative aims to facilitate deeper business collaborations, policy discussions, and global partnerships. Bhasin, the National Past President of the Chamber, stressed the importance of projecting India’s strengths accurately on the global platform during the launch event.
The ceremony saw the presence of Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, and Jonathan Heimer, Minister-Counsellor for Commercial Affairs at the United States Embassy. Diya Kumari expressed pride in the Chamber’s role in fostering economic relationships between the two countries. She highlighted Rajasthan’s potential for growth supported by robust infrastructure and progressive policies. The launch signifies a significant step towards strengthening economic engagement between Rajasthan and the United States.
Jonathan Heimer emphasized the long-term benefits of the India-United States partnership and recognized the Chamber’s efforts in enhancing bilateral economic ties. The Rajasthan Chapter aims to establish the state as a global center for trade, innovation, and investment by promoting collaboration among industry stakeholders, government bodies, and international partners.
