Industry leaders and experts stressed the importance of every Indian’s involvement in realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a developed India, termed ‘Viksit Bharat,’ by 2047. At the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference, Parakramsinh G. Jadeja, Chairman of Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd, highlighted the need for collective efforts towards this national goal.
Jadeja expressed that the manufacturing sector aims to play a significant role in achieving a $30 trillion economy by the country’s 100th independence anniversary. He mentioned that a 25% contribution from manufacturing could result in a substantial $7.5 trillion boost, offering vast opportunities for growth.
Ion Radu from LAV Eco Management Solutions SRL, Romania, shared their company’s focus on waste management, water management, and wastewater management. Radu appreciated the engagement of businesses from Gujarat and neighboring states at the event, emphasizing the positive atmosphere.
Aliasgar Gandhi, a Partner at Mufaddal Universal, a merchant exporter and domestic supplier, reflected on the uniqueness of the expo and the direct address by Prime Minister Modi. Gandhi found the Prime Minister’s speech inspiring and motivating, highlighting the impact of the event on his perspective.
Rajeshwar Lal, Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, mentioned the ministry’s extensive health pavilion at the conference, covering 700 square meters. Lal highlighted the availability of health-related information and testing facilities at the pavilion, designed with two entrances for easy access to visitors.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the two-day Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference, focusing on the Kutch and Saurashtra regions. Additionally, he laid the foundation stone for 13 greenfield smart Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation Limited estates in seven districts.
