Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that it launched attacks on two significant Israeli air bases in response to earlier Israeli strikes on Iran. The IRGC targeted Israel’s Nevatim and Tel Nof airbases following Israel’s missile attacks on Iranian radar sites.
Explosions were reported in Tehran and two other Iranian provinces early Monday. The Israel Defense Forces confirmed striking military targets in western and central Iran. The IRGC had previously launched ballistic missiles at the Ramat David Air Base in northern Israel in retaliation for Israeli actions in southern Lebanon.
Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters warned of further strikes on Israel if attacks on Lebanon escalated. Additionally, an Iranian missile hit a settlement in the occupied West Bank, damaging three homes. Air-raid sirens were triggered in Jerusalem and parts of the West Bank during the attack.
