Jaaved clarified that he is neither Ranveer Singh’s secretary nor associated with the production or direction of the film.
The controversy surrounding Ranveer Singh’s rumored exit from ‘Don 3’ has garnered significant attention in recent weeks. The situation led to interventions from industry bodies and sparked discussions within the film community. Reports initially surfaced about Ranveer Singh distancing himself from Farhan Akhtar’s anticipated action franchise.
Excel Entertainment, Farhan Akhtar’s production company, reportedly stated that substantial pre-production work had already been completed for ‘Don 3’. The matter escalated when the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) issued a non-cooperation directive against Ranveer Singh following a complaint related to his alleged withdrawal from the project.
However, there was a positive turn of events as FWICE retracted the non-cooperation directive after mediation efforts by the Producers Guild of India, CINTAA, and other industry bodies. It was reported that Ranveer responded through legal channels, leading to discussions aimed at amicably resolving the dispute.
