The annual Jagannath Rath Yatra, a revered religious festival in Puri, Odisha, has begun, attracting devotees from all over India. The procession features Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra on elaborately decorated chariots, pulled by thousands of devotees amidst chants and religious fervor.

To ensure traffic flow, the Odisha Police have implemented dynamic traffic arrangements and installed numerous signages for public convenience. With a substantial deployment of police personnel and Central Armed Police Forces, security measures are in place. The Indian Coast Guard and Navy are on alert to monitor coastal activities, while senior IPS officers oversee security operations.
